Teen Summit: Let’s Talk About Summer Youth Employment

Bronx students joined us on May 7th for our virtual webinar event, Let’s Talk About SYEP: A Student-Led Webinar to Talk About Adapting Summer Youth Employment Program.
During the event, students discussed the current state of SYEP following the city’s budget cut to the program, learned about the #SaveSYEP advocacy campaign, shared thoughts and concerns for the future of the program, and began to brainstorm adaptive solutions for summer 2020 and beyond.
