This HERE to HERE Policy Brief provides a comprehensive overview of the CDOS credential, its current uses and challenges, and its potential to develop and amplify work-based learning in New York City high schools.

The time is now to invest in work-based learning and career pathways for high school students, not as an alternative to college preparation, but as an intentional way to improve postsecondary decision-making and long-term outcomes for students.
